• Smart Compose is not designed to provide answers and may not always predict factually correct information.

On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app.

At the top left, tap Menu as shown in Figure 1.

Scroll down and click Settings (shown in Figure 2).

Select your email account (Figure 3).

Check the box next to "Smart Compose" as shown in Figure 4.
